You can now only buy tickets online, in advance.
Ticket money is refunded after an error (like an accidental double booking) or if the event is cancelled. We will no longer be issuing refunds for non-attendance related to ill-health, but will be happy to issue a credit voucher for another production. You can contact the box office via our contact us page, or reply to your booking confirmation.
Sorry, we only offer group discounts for our Christmas production. Details of the discount available can be seen on the relevant production page.
