Disabled Visitor Access

If you have special needs, the Theatre is more than willing to accomodate those needs as much as possible.
Parking
There is well-lit parking available for orange or blue badge holders outside the Theatre building.
There is a gentle ramp from the car park to the Theatre entrance and entry to the theatre is via automatic doors.
Inside the Theatre
- The theatre in entirely on one level - there are no stairs to negotiate.
- The box office counter has been lowered for wheelchair access.
- The auditorium has wide access doors.
- There is an induction loop in the auditorium.
- The standard seating plan may be varied to meet the needs of individual productions. If you require a wheelchair seat, please inform us when you purchase your tickets.
- The Studio Theatre is also accessible to wheelchairs.
Toilets
A disabled toilet is located to the right of the main auditorium.
The Dell (Woodside Open Air Theatre)
Please be advised that the Dell does not have direct or easy wheelchair access. An uneven, steep, slippery access path and steps may also cause difficulties for non-wheelchair users with mobility problems.
We can, however, assist you in getting wheelchairs down into the Dell. Please contact the theatre if you are unsure about access to the Dell.
No seats are provided in the Dell, although deckchairs are allowed.
