Think Woods and Walters… Think French and Saunders…. Think….. Bill and Ben. This is a play to tickle your funny bone! This is a play to make you think! This is a play to make you want to have a cup of tea and a biscuit.

We meet Nicci, a headstrong officious Stage Manager full of self importance but as we soon learn, not a lot of self esteem. She is training her assistant Fiona who is very sweet but most definitely not the brightest spark on the block. Imagine Basil Fawlty hiring Bubbles from “Ab Fab” as his new receptionist and that is how this play pans out.

If you know anything about the workings and politics of a theatre you will love this play. Even if you don’t we all know people just like Nicci and Fiona and watching them interact will make anyone giggle.
