Annual General Meeting

Date for your Diary: The Annual General meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY 21ST JUNE 2006 at 8.00pm. The official paperwork will be forwarded during May.

The Society Needs You!

Do you want to be involved in the running of the Bancroft Players and the Queen Mother Theatre?

If you would like to be involved with the decision making of the Society and the Theatre then the AGM is the place to start. That is the time when Officers and Committee members are voted on to the Executive Committee. Elections at the AGM are as follows:

Officers of the EC:

President, Vice President, Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Theatre Manager, Artistic Director, Business Manager and Production Manager.

Committee Members:

3 members of the Society required to stand for 2 years to replace Maureen Nobes, Sally Hull and Charles Platt.

The EC have made a slight change to the role of Production Manger in that this post will not have the overall responsibility of choosing the Season’s Productions. This will now fall to the Artistic Director. However the Production Manager will still have an input in the selection of the programme. All other aspects of the Production Manager's Post will remain the same.
