Chairman's Corner

Thank you to Rory and our talented Youth Group who pulled off another successful production with Bertolt Brecht's “Mr Puntilla and his Servant Matti”. Not an easy play to perform but once again they rose to the challenge. Big Spirit they call themselves and that is certainly what they have got. They received an excellent, well-deserved, review in the Comet. If you have never been to one of their productions then why not make the effort next season, I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

Our very successful Junior Group is looking for another pair of hands to support Carole in her role as Leader of the group. They meet once per week and stage one production per year. They are a very talented and enthusiastic group, and I am told 'a joy to work with'. So if you think you would be interested more information is available from Carole in this edition of the Newsletter.

I cannot believe that it will be June next month and time again for our Annual General Meeting. You will see a couple of items, from the Executive Committee, regarding this event further in this Newsletter.

Ticket sales for “Misery” and “The Boyfriend” are going well, so if you don't want to be disappointed now is the time to book your seats.
